About this software
About FlowPilot-AI
FlowPilot AI watches client communication channels (Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business) and meeting tools (Google Meet, Fathom), uses AI (Claude, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI) to turn requests into task drafts, meeting action items, proposal briefs and client replies, and puts every one of them through a human approval gate before anything is created or sent. Built with ASP.NET Core MVC on .NET 10 and SQL Server (ADO.NET, parameterised queries, no ORM). Three roles: Administrator (everything), Project Manager (all projects, approvals, replies), Team Member (own projects only, cannot approve).
Why FlowPilot-AI
What makes it better
than the alternatives
- 01
Human approval first
AI never acts autonomously; every task, reply and proposal brief requires explicit approval before creation or sending
- 02
Unified inbox
Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp messages in one view with AI analysis (facts vs suggestions) and project matching
- 03
Meeting intelligence
Google Meet and Fathom imports with AI-extracted decisions, action items and follow-up email drafts
- 04
Proposal workflow
Detects proposal requests, extracts requirements, generates versioned briefs with approval before marking as sent
- 05
Rule-based fallback
Works without AI keys using clearly labelled rule-based analysis; integrations show 'Not Connected' until configured

Quality report
Manually reviewedHow to read the quality report
What this is. Every project on Vibe96 goes through an automated audit of its source code before a reviewer in Dubai checks it by hand. The score is out of 100; 75 is the minimum to be listed, and any single failing check blocks a listing regardless of the score.
- Security
- No real credentials in the code, every data-changing route protected, admin areas role-gated, no SQL built from user input.
- Code structure
- A developer can navigate and extend it: clear module boundaries, no giant files, little copy-paste.
- Docs & completeness
- The setup guide, example config, schema and required files the builder committed to are actually in the archive.
- Dependency health
- Packages pinned, no known critical vulnerabilities, no abandoned libraries in production paths.
- Build & deploy
- A clean machine can restore, build and start it by following the shipped instructions.
Warnings are problems that didn't block the listing; they stay visible here until a later version clears them. The audit reads the code — it does not run it — so always try the live demo before you buy. Lines of code are counted from the same audited archive.
91/ 100
Automated audit score
✓ Passed the auditReviewer notes (3 minor)
Clean architecture with minor duplication and some configuration hard-coding; strong authentication & role guards; minor ownership gaps on read endpoints; weak default credentials and test secrets present; no real production credentials found. None of these stop the software from working; the developer has been told and improvements come in a future update.
